Return Eligibility & Time Limit
We support a 60-day hassle-free return policy for all products. Customers can apply for a return service within 60 days after receiving the goods if they are not satisfied with the product, the product does not match the description, or there are non-human damage quality problems. Returned products must be kept in unused, intact, unwashed and original packaging state, with complete product accessories and labels.
Refund Processing Cycle
After we receive and verify the returned goods completely conform to the return standards, we will initiate the refund process within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account used by the customer. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing rules of the customer’s payment platform.
Non-Returnable Situations
Products damaged artificially, worn and used, missing original packaging and accessories, or returned beyond the 60-day return period are not eligible for free return and refund services. For special customized products, we will explain the return rules separately before order confirmation.
